Yes, we offer same-day repair service for most appliance repairs. (same day service may not always be available)

We are open Monday to Friday  from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

We do have limited hours for Saturdays if you're not available during the week.

No, you do not have to pay a diagnostic fee if you're completing services as long as you make the decision to go with the service while the technician is in your house or up to 24 hours past the call.

Generally speaking, depending on the situation with your house, we recommend cleaning your dryer vent once a year obviously every situation varies and always recommend if you're concerned about it to give us a call to have us get a look at it for you.
